Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, a popular spot for “hanami” (cherry-blossom viewing), usually closes at 6 p.m., but will reopen its Shinjuku gate from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for an event featuring LED-lit trees, food trucks and stage performances.
